Located within 15 minutes of Rockwall, Royse City, and SIX wedding venues, our cozy modern farmhouse is in the perfect location while still giving you a taste of ranch life. The space The guesthouse is located on a working ranch in a lovely country setting. Horses and our favorite cow, "Gene Simmons", graze in the pasture behind the house. Take a short walk across the field to say hello to our sheep. In the summer, you might see a field of sunflowers and zinnias in your front yard or a view of Eddie’s vegetable gardens. Enjoy beautiful sunsets as you sit beside our gas fire pit on the front deck. Beyond the cozy den and kitchen you'll find one bathroom and two well-appointed bedrooms. Each bedroom holds a dressing table/desk with plugs, while the bathroom has two sinks and mirrors. If you're headed to a wedding or event, several people can get dressed at the same time. The "green room" has a king bed, while the "Texas room" has a queen. Upgraded gel mattress is on the pull out sofa in the den.
