Our cleaning fee includes: - the cost of a professional cleaner to clean the chalet, wash linen and towels, and set up the place for the guests; - the cost of a professional spa specialist to keep the spa pool water safe and crystal clear. Althought we take care of the cleaning of the chalet and the Spa, we kindly ask guests to leave the house in tidy conditions and to report any damage or malfunctioning items. Any extra cost to fix or bring the chalet and Spa to the required standard might be charged at cost back to guests via Airbnb support centre.
