Cozy cottage on 10 acres off Rivoli in North Macon

This cozy cottage is the best of both worlds- a peaceful country feel, but also in the city! Come enjoy a walk through the pecan grove on our 10 acres, or sip coffee outside on the screened porch with a view of the barn. You are a short ride away to downtown Macon (about 15 minutes) and only minutes to Wesleyan College. This is a second home, so you will have the entire house to yourself! Come enjoy! The space The cottage includes 2 bedrooms that are located on either side of the living space. The living space includes a den and dining area. A full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher), and there is also a full washer and dryer off the kitchen. The half bath is located in the hall, and the full bath is located off of the Queen-sized bedroom. The second bedroom currently has one twin bed and one crib. A screened in porch spans the back of the house and has wonderful views of the property. Guest access The entire cottage is yours to use. We also have 10 acres that you have access to walk around on. However, we have a strict NO PARTY policy. If you are planning to have any sort of gathering, please inquire prior to booking as to whether it is allowed.
