The luxury villa "CASA MAJOS" was beautifully built for you as a vacationer in 2018 and is located in a quiet, exclusive location of Puerto del Carmen (Los Mojones). Puerto del Carmen used to be a romantic fishing village and is probably the most beautiful place on the island today. The house sits on a private road and is not visible from the outside. In the basement, the large, open dining and living area offers plenty of space to linger. Here you can experience a cozy TV evening with a 65-inch TV. The modern kitchen is equipped with an oven, hot plate, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and all other utensils. A door leads from the kitchen to the utility room (Solana). This room is equipped with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner and a freezer. An iron with ironing board is also available. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Here you can also linger on the spacious terraces and enjoy a magnificent view over the rooftops of Puerto del Carmen to the sea. All rooms have beautiful high ceilings and doors, the bedrooms and living rooms are also air-conditioned. The villa has its own power supply through the photovoltaic system on the roof, so that the environmental concept is not neglected. The secluded sun terrace is equipped with 6 sun loungers and has a heated pool (8 m x 4 m). There is also a wind-protected area with a table and 6 chairs. The garden is planted with Canarian plants. A kettle grill is also provided. Here you can relax with a delicious bottle of wine. Wi-Fi Internet is free and unlimited. This villa is ideal for a romantic vacation but also for a family vacation. Guest access From Lanzarote Airport, it is only 10 minutes by taxi to our villa. Shopping facilities (a Lidl or a Spar market with a butcher) are within a 5-8 minute walk. Other things to note A lounger towel, a bath towel and a hand towel will be provided for each guest upon arrival. The house is cleaned on arrival and the beds are freshly made. If you have any further/new needs, please contact the property management. Final cleaning is included in the price. Additional cleaning or new linens are chargeable and must be discussed personally with the property management. The pool is heated by a pool heater. The temperature is at least 27 degrees Celsius. The house has a photovoltaic system. An electric vehicle can be charged free of charge via a wall box. The house is also alarm-protected and equipped with 2 cameras in the hallway and in the living room, which are activated when the alarm is triggered. The new golf course of Puerto del Carmen is just minutes away from the house. There is also a go-kart track and a zoo nearby.
