Villa Sv. Josip is a newly built modern Villa which is located in the Kvarner Bay in the village of Sv. Petar, above Ičići next to cities of Opatija and Lovran. The modern Villa Sv. Josip is the perfect choice for a group of 10 people. The Villa is connected by an internal staircase and an elevator that makes the stay and the life of the visitors and guests easier. Villa has 5 large comfortably furnished bedrooms with bathrooms and all of the rooms have a terrace or balcony views of the sea. The space The ground floor has a large living room with a dining room (table for 10 people) and a modern kitchen with all appliances (and one kitchenette is located on the second floor). All rooms in the Villa are air conditioned and have wireless internet. The Villa is decorated in a modern style with carefully selected furniture and is decorated with unique works of art from Croatian painters. The living room leads to a terrace with garden furniture. Next to the swimming pool (32 m2) is a sun deck with an outdoor shower. Guests of the Villa can use the outdoor barbecue to prepare meals for family and friends.
