Note - there are two flights of stairs up to the property - no lift. The space Comprising one bedroom with ensuite, an open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen with direct access to a private balcony, and a sitting area. LIVING AREA - 3 seater leather couch, smart TV (Netflix, Prime, Binge, Disney+), sound bar, Wi-Fi internet. KITCHEN - Cooktop and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and quality utensils and tableware - perfect for cooking up a storm or just enjoying a freshly brewed coffee. Basic cooking supplies provided - oil, herbs, as well as coffee (Nespresso pod machine and stainless steel plunger), range of teas plus milk. DINING /SITTING AREA - 2 seater round table and leather couch that folds out to a double sofa bed. If staying with two guests and using both beds this needs to be mentioned at the time of booking as the sofa bed is made beforehand. Note there is no door to the sitting area. BEDROOM - Built in mirrored wardrobe, lamps with wireless charger, comfortable queen bed with electric blanket and quality professionally laundered linen to provide you with a peaceful sleep. Note the apartment is open plan with no door between the bedroom and living area. BATHROOM - walk in shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail, all-in-one washing machine and dryer, hairdryer, toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash). Accessed from the bedroom. PARKING - Free open air parking bay at the rear of the building. Free parking is also available on the street. A 2 hour limit applies 8am-6pm Monday to Friday and 9am-3pm Saturday. HEATING / COOLING - For those warm days (very few in Hobart!) there is ample cool air flow by opening windows or using the oscillating fan. On those chilly days there are two panel heaters available, and an electric blanket on the bed. There is no heat pump / air conditioning.
