This rustic retreat spot is the perfect place for both a nice laidback, peaceful break or an activity-packed weekend with the best Buffalo, NY has to offer! The space The property is on Ransom Creek, so guests will be able to enjoy kayaking, canoeing, paddle-boarding, and more! The property also will be private to guests during the entirety of their rental, but owners can be accessed if any concerns or needs arise during their stay. While there is only one bedroom with a king-sized bed, a queen-sized air mattress will also be provided that could sleep two additional guests if needed. Other things to note With its location less than 30 minutes (drive) from both downtown Buffalo and Niagara Falls, our little cottage is the ideal place for visiting more populated areas, while being able to come home to a peaceful and quiet environment. The Erie Canalway Trail (perfect for biking, walking, running, etc.) is located less than a mile from the property. The space is also located less than 15 minutes away (drive) from the North Campus of the University at Buffalo, making it a great spot for family and friends visiting UB students. There is also convenient locations for shopping, dining, and leisure activities all just a short drive away. In less than 10 minutes, you can be at a great golf course or a local brewery. Additional attractions within a reasonable driving distance include the Erie Canal and Buffalo Niagara Heritage Village museum.
