More like a cruiser than an apartment. There are no roads or houses between this penthouse and the ocean. Fully private with a total sense of being on a boat. See birdlife, whales and dolphins as well as kayaks, yachts and cruise ships going past. If you want to check out the surf at Bondi Beach this all encompassing panoramic view also provides this. It is breathtakingly mesmerizing in sight, smell and sound. All this and only a short 5 minute stroll to Bondi Beach, restaurants, cafes & shops. The space This top floor penthouse offers 2 queen size bedrooms suitable for a romantic stay, two couples or a small family. There is a well appointed kitchen with miele appliances, filtered water, soda fountain & dishwasher. Condiments provided for the discerning chef or eat out at the many cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. There are spectacular beach walks along the cliff face, or a direct bus route to the CBD. For golfers, there is a golf course right next door, or if you are a shopper, try Westfield Bondi Junction or the streets of Paddington. There is so much to do all so close by. Other amenities include bathtub, hi speed wifi, Netflix, Bose surround sound, reverse cycle air conditioning and bookcases filled with books of eclectic taste. The last of the day can be enjoyed looking at the sunset and sipping cocktails on the balcony, which boasts a banana lounge, bar table and seating. Guest access The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a boutique block of 6, so there are stairs to climb ( no lift). Access arranged with the super host who will usually be there to greet you. Parking is available at the property site. Other things to note This is a quiet residential building with no parties allowed and we kindly ask our guests to have no loud noise after 10 pm. When entering or leaving please close the front door quietly. Please do not leave anything, under any circumstances, outside the front door of apartment or anywhere on common property. We welcome the birdlife but please do not feed them on the outdoor furniture as they will eat the furniture. The cockatoos will eat from your hand but only like nuts. Rubbish bins are located on the ground floor ( opposite side to the entrance of the building and include recycle bins) The unit has its own washing machine and dryer in the laundry on the ground floor. All washing powder, shampoo and conditioner and body wash is provided. If you are staying longer and would like an additional clean, change of bedlinen and towels, this can be arranged for $250. Please provide 2 days notice. The unit has reverse cycle air conditioning in the lounge dining area. Instructions are provided for the Bose Sound System, TV , Cooktop etc. We respectfully ask that you dispose of all leftover food and garbage in the common bins downstairs. Please turn off all electrical items when you are out and lock the door behind you. When swimming at the beach, currents can be strong so check the signs and swim between the flags if you are not strong swimmers. Being on the third floor with a large balcony and open windows which are easily accessible, the unit is not suitable for infants and young children. Registration Details PID-STRA-18204
