Condy Guest House - Between the Capes!

Little house in the tiny town of Condingup - now solar powered! Fully equipped kitchen and lovely timber deck overlooking the garden with natural edge timber used throughout. I have been as eco-friendly as possible setting this up and have gorgeous organic linen and towels, with many re-cycled and upcycled features throughout making it a little quirky and interesting!! Natural cleaning products are used and guests are encouraged to separate their food scraps to feed the chooks! The space With their sparkling white sand and azure crystal clear water, beaches here have become world famous! There are also bush walking trails all around, and I have supplied a map for you to wander. Wild flowers are abundant and stunning from June to October, but still plenty to see at other times. There is dog access to the closest beaches between the national parks - Wharton Beach and The Duke of Orleans Bay, plus others to the east. It is perfect to visit Cape le Grand for the day while leaving the pooch safe in the house/veranda. It is 70kms from the main town of Esperance so please come well stocked with food, fuel and all other essentials as there is limited availability close by. I have tried to provide everything you need in the kitchen to cook up a storm with large fridge/freezer and BBQ. There are also a few basic cooking supplies to inspire you to bake your own goodies. Rain water tank to fill up your supplies. Car port to keep out of the sun or stash larger items, plus a bit of space out the front if you have trailer or boat. Guest access The whole house is available to you, with verandah and car port. The garden is also accessible to you, and there may be greens, fruit, or other produce available - depending on the time of year - please ask. There is space at the front to park a trailer, boat or small caravan. Other things to note I am about 65kms east of Esperance. Only the Telstra network works here, a dedicated tablet is provided for guests to use that will also provide a signal for your own device.
