Nestled on a ridge in beautiful Wears Valley TN, Under the Moon is every vacationer's dream. The moment you enter this stunning cabin, the wall of windows with vistas of the Great Smoky Mountains will immediately bring peace to your soul, and create the perfect back drop for you, your family and friends to re-connect with each other and Mother Nature. Under the Moon offers all the comforts and space needed. While We Aim To Make Your Stay Very Pleasant, We Do Not Permit Pets In The Airbnb. The space 4 Bedrooms / 5.5 Bathrooms 3800 square feet. Custom built – Completed January 2021. Cabin accommodates 12 persons - Maximum 10 adults. Parking space for the home can accommodate 5 midsize vehicles or smaller comfortably. Wheelchair Accessible / Ramp. Offers Early Check-In Located on One Acre Lot, far enough from other cabins to have privacy. The large Great room has a leather Sofa set, a large stone gas fireplace and 65” smart TV, all looking out at the beautiful Great Smoky Mountain Sunset. Dining room seats 10 with a kitchen breakfast bar seating 4 people Beautiful gourmet fully equipped kitchen with custom-made large island and all high-end appliances. The main level Master king size bedroom with electric fireplace is custom built for wheelchair accessibility; both the bedroom and the bathroom doors width are 36 inch and have access to the main deck. Two Master Suites in the upper loft level containing king beds and electric fireplaces, Master baths each include a separate shower, separate toilets, and a private balcony. Master suite in the lower level contains 2 queen beds, an electric fireplace, with a steam shower. 2 bunk beds in the game room for kids from 2 - 12 years old. Loft area features a seating Sofa, Poker table and a computer desk. Lower level features a large game room with a fireplace, pool table, custom dry bar with beverage fridge, stand up Arcade games, Barrel Arcade game, Virtual Pinball, and a 60” Smart TV. Theater Room has an 85” Smart TV, surround sound system, with electric reclining seating. Lower level large deck with outdoor gas fire pit surround by 6 comfort chairs and connected to a large Gazebo with a party hot tub for 10 person access. High speed WiFi internet access Washer and Dryer on lower level Swimming Pool (Open May to September weather depending) To make our guests’ stay more enjoyable, we added a free membership for our guests to enjoy the swimming pool and fishing at Honey Suckle Meadows RV Park in Wears Valley. About a 15 minute drive from the cabin. You can also go fishing but you will have to bring your own poles or purchase some there. Also you will need to take your own pool towels down to pool, please use spa towels only for this. The property is 6 miles from Pigeon Forge, 7 miles from Kroger/Publix, 11 miles from Dollywood, 13 miles from Gatlinburg, 27 miles from Cades Cove. Guest access The road is a paved road to the cabin, in Dogwood Farms Subdivision. Most of the turns are mild, but there are a few that are sharp and steep, please use caution during bad weather. Other things to note Security: For security reasons, security cameras were installed on the front porch and back porch to monitor the cabin, there are no cameras inside the cabin. **Please note that we require a disclaimer for the hot tub to be signed before the access code is sent to you. Please provide a valid email address so I can email the disclaimer for you to sign.** Cabin Water: Our cabin water is well water, as with most cabins in the mountains there is no city water connected to cabins and may not be desirable texture or taste for some. We do have a filtration system under the kitchen sink for the cold water, to help with this. It is your preference to use the cabin water or purchase water for drinking purposes. Supplies: We get you started with 2 rolls of paper towels in the kitchen(one is under sink), 2 rolls of toilet papers per bathroom, dish detergent, 4 dishwasher pods, 4 kitchen trash bags(under kitchen sink), 1 bar soap per bathroom, and a small shampoo per bathroom. Guests need to get their own supplies for the rest of their stay! Kitchen: We fully equipped the kitchen with all what you need to prepare your meals; you will find plenty of pots (stainless steel and nonstick pots, slow cooker and different sizes trays in lower drawers and cabinets). In addition to: Blender, Food processor, Can opener, Toaster, waffle maker One coffee machine that combines both Keurig and normal pot. Baking tools in one of the island drawers. Beverage cooler that you use it for sodas and wine in the dry bar. You will find the Gaz grill in the main level deck and the tools are hanged inside the grill. We also have charcoal grill outside the cabin. Linen: We provide clean sheets and towels for 12 persons. You will find extra towels for hot tub use in a basket in the game room. We have a washer and dryer to wash towels or sheets if you need to. Any stubborn stains found on towels or sheets will be an added charge. We added Pack N Play for toddlers; it is in lower level bedroom closet. When used, please put it back to its folded state. We do not provide bedding for Pack N Play; guests need to bring their own baby sheets and cover. Fireplace: We have gas fireplaces in the great room and the lower-level game room, the pilot lights are on in the wintertime and off in the summertime. TV: We provide Hulu live TV & Disney +. This includes premium movie channels and sports channels. Please do not change any settings for the TV’s. Theatre Room: We equipped the theatre room with the newest 85’ TV screen, surround system and leather recliners and we please ask that only adults operate the theatre room equipment. Please advise children not to change any settings in the theatre room. You will find the instructions to use the theatre room next to TV. Trash: We have 4 trash bins outside the cabin in a Bear Proof Trash Container Bins Resistant; please always lock the cage after each use. Swimming Pool (Open May to September weather depending) To make our guests’ stay more enjoyable, we added a free membership for our guests to enjoy the swimming pool and fishing at Honey Suckle Meadows RV Park in Wears Valley.
