Smoke outside at designated areas. No outside noise from 10pm to 8am. Parking on the premises. The studio has a window mounted AC which you can switch it on and off as you like. As with all window units, there will be some noise. If you set it on low fan it is not as noisy. PRE-APPROVAL by host is required for early check-in and late check-out and is not guaranteed. Payment must be made prior to your arrival. Any additional guests must be approved PRIOR to your arrival. Unregistered visitors that were not approved can result in your reservation being immediately canceled without refund and booking guest will be charged an extra guest fee of $50/extra guest/day for all unregistered visitors. Hurricane season in Florida: June 1st-November 30th. Please be informed of weather conditions before and during your stay. Please purchase travel insurance during this time. And a little side note. The tap water here in Florida/Broward has a little brown color. If you fill up a bathtub etc. you will see a slight color change. I just mention it as a few guests has commented it during their stay.
