Cosy on mair is within one block Ballarat's CBD with restaurants, shopping precinct, the information center. Also close by is the library,the train station and beautiful Lake Wendouree and its famous botanical gardens. The cottage is very centrally located and you are close to all facilities. All you need to do is just relax and enjoy the comfort of the cottage. The space My house has three well apointed bedrooms, laundry facilities and a lovely outdoor area where you can enjoy a quite cuppa or drink. If you feel like something more, just enjoy a relaxing spa bath. The cottage is also close to everything, coffee shops, lake wendouree etc. Guest access Guest are welcome to use the whole property at their leisure. The rear of the house also caters a car space. Other things to note This property has central heating and also a split system with heating and air conditioning. I have included electric blankets on all beds to add extra comfort to my guests.
