Relaxing beach-house with great sea views

What we love most about out house is relaxing on the large, partially covered, deck & enjoying the beautiful sea and rural views. Our house is within strolling distance (10mins walk) to both the Bay and Surf beaches and Park Parade Reserve, the large children's playground is within 50 meters walk. Our house has two living areas and is good for couples, small groups and families (with kids) and is fenced making it ideal for well-behaved furry friends (pets). The house is a smoke-free house. The property has four bedrooms - configured as follows : Bedroom 1 - 1 Queen Bed Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen Bed Bedroom 4 - 1 Double Bed The house is a tri-level home, with two living areas - one upstairs and one on the main level. Both living areas feature beautiful views and reverse cycle air conditioner / heaters. Both living areas have large screen TVs as illustrated in photo's, with the a DVD player attached to the larger TV. A small collection of DVD's is available. The upstairs level contains a bookshelf full of books for your enjoyment. There are also a large number of board & card games on both levels. Just off the main living area is a large east facing deck - the deck has a large table for 8, Gas BBQ and sun-lounges. The deck provides beautiful sea & rural views. On the lower level (third level), there is a large rumpus room - which features a Billiard Table per photo. Kitchen The house has a well equipped kitchen with microwave, electric stove, family sized fridge, sandwich maker, toaster, kettle and a generous supply of utensils, plastics, pots & crockery. Bathrooms There are two bathrooms in the main house one family bathroom, and a smaller ensuite off the master bedroom. There is also a shower and toilet downstairs a total of three showers and toilets. Other Features Hair dryers is located in main bath room Laundry has a washing machine and powder A clothes line and clothes horse are available downstairs. Off-street parking for two cars is available at the front of the house. No access is provided to garage. Pets Small, well behaved dogs are welcome, but are not allowed on the beds or lounge suits (please bring your own dog bed). Cleaning A basic Cleaning charge is included in the tariff. An additional charge will be levied from the bond if the property is left in an unacceptable state on departure.m Guest access Guests will have access to the full house, including downstairs rumpus room (which has a billiard table). House is in quiet court wth off street car parking. Guest access is not provided to garage. Other things to note Minimum stay periods apply to long weekends (typically 3 nights) and other peak periods.
