Between Gard and Hérault, near Sommières, independent gîte** for 2 people, quiet, in a beautiful property with swimming pool. We are labeled "Accueil vélo" and "Vignobles et Découvertes" This large air-conditioned single-story studio has a private terrace under the oaks, 160 cm bed, kitchenette and living room, Wi-Fi, parking. For greater health safety upon arrival, we ensure cleanliness upon departure of the previous tenant. The space With a garrigue atmosphere in a park of holm oaks, this large studio is very comfortable and very well equipped: Beautiful bathroom, kitchenette with everything you need, large bed of 160 plus a sofa bed, TV, wifi, washing machine, and a large terrace on the edge of the wooded park... In summer, the cicadas are waiting for you. Guest access The property is enclosed and is nearly 4000 m². Outside, you can enjoy a real swimming pool, a barbecue area with its aromatic herb garden, a bowling alley or ping-pong, and a shaded shelter for the car. The entire park is at your disposal with its "wild" or landscaped corners. Below the land, access to the river bank is a starting point for the walk (ideal with an animal to release it safely). Other things to note The beds will be made upon your arrival, you will bring the towels. We accept pets (well-behaved, clean and that do not wander around the property). An extra charge of €5 per day or €30 per week will be requested.
