It is just 10 minutes drive to Beautiful Russell which has all you need including stores, gas station, great restaurants and tourist attractions The space The house itself is on two levels with all rooms enjoying stunning views that stretch from Paihia to Russell, taking in both the sunrise and the sunset! The large lounge, kitchen, dining area plus a guest powder room provide the perfect entertaining space. There are three large bedrooms that each have a full ensuite and outside deck access. Guest access You'll have access to the whole house as well as parking and the walking track to a beautiful secluded beach Other things to note Due to the layout of the property it is not suitable for children under the age of 4. PETS We do not permit pets on the property - with no exception - please make arrangements for your family friend prior to traveling. COVID-19 NZ Residents - Should you be unable to travel for your confirmed booking due to Covid-19 isolation requirements please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer your booking to others and you will be welcome to move your booking to a future date at no additional charge providing it is not moving seasons. If this is not a possibility we will try to offer a refund where possible.
