The place has an open plan style where new kitchen flows into the lovely light filled lounge area overlooking landscape tropical gardens. As many people have commented the house Is presented like a homely feel and has all the creature comforts for you to enjoy. A truly unique well decorated open room The living and dining areas are open plan with couches overlooking the gardens . The place has large ceiling to floor ceiling .Windows that allows lots of natural light. We have a beautiful fire place that radiates alot of heat out on those cold nights. The downstairs large master bedroom has a new ensuite overlooking tropical gardens . The bedroom has a new work home desk overlooking the gardens. Great to get away and work from home . The new kitchen is fully equipped with new stone bench top all basic cooking utensils, new oven, gas cook top, dishwasher, and other basic supplies tea coffee and other condiments you can use. New L'or twin coffee machine - coffee pods provided. Down stairs there is another bathroom no shower next to the laundry. Under the stairs is the vacuum cleaner and portable clothes hanger. The upstairs bedrooms one has a queen bed . The other bedroom can be either used as a second lounge room equipped with a double fold out couch. A topper for the bed is in the cupboard. It has a balcony overlooking tropical gardens. Please note balcony out of use as repairs been done . Upstairs bathroom inc deep bath tub . Upstairs bed/ couch best suited for kids. Bedding for fold out couch in cupboard. All bedding has quality mattresses. Please Electric gates operated by remote or keypad so you can easily access beach and shops across the road . There is also a single garage That fits a medium sized car . There is other street parking available. Guest parking offered at the back of the unit but only for day visits. There is common space at the back guest parking area. The entry is at the back of the property through the gates . The river is at the back of the units and can be accessed . Other things to note This is not a party house . We have residents living next door . Please wash and put away all dishes from dishwasher . Please when booking let us know the nature of your stay. The front light works either on or set on a timer. Double twitch on the indoor switch and it turns to a timer where it activates the sensor.
