New L'or twin coffee machine - coffee pods provided. Down stairs there is another bathroom no shower next to the laundry. Under the stairs is the vacuum cleaner and portable clothes hanger. The upstairs bedrooms one has a queen bed . The other bedroom can be either used as a second lounge room equipped with a double fold out couch. A topper for the bed is in the cupboard. There is common space at the back guest parking area. The entry is at the back of the property through the gates . The river is at the back of the units and can be accessed . Other things to note This is not a party house . We have residents living next door . Please wash and put away all dishes from dishwasher . Please when booking let us know the nature of your stay. The front light works either on or set on a timer. Double twitch on the indoor switch and it turns to a timer where it activates the sensor.
