Wi-Fi and air conditioning ensure a comfortable stay. Outside, a spacious summer terrace is shared with the neighboring studio apartment. It’s ideal for relaxing or socializing, complete with two dining tables, sun loungers, a coffee machine, and a BBQ grill. Parking is available just 50 meters from the apartment for your convenience. This property is an apartment in a family residence, so we would like to ask that guests treat each other with respect and be considerate during their stay. A zero-tolerance policy for noise is enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. According to Croatian law, we are required to collect the guest's passport or ID information upon arrival, especially when self-check-in to the apartment is involved. Details for self-check-in will be provided after official registration with the Croatian Tourist Office. There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the building. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been violated (such as the smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to impose a smoking fee in amount of 200€. We offer essential first-use amenities, including shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponges, dishwashing products, and trash bags. Please let us know in advance if you need cleaning or additional bedding.
