Special rate for more than a month stay This spacious 3-story house has 2 rooms rented out separately. You will (will not) stay with another 1 or a maximum of 2 guests. Some guests said this house is too big to be stayed alone, so I open another room to give you sharing experience with private feeling. To make you feel more comfortable, I will give a glance about the person whom you will stay with. IN THE BEDROOM: - Balcony - King Size Bed (180 x 200) - AC - TV - Table & Chair - Wardrobe - Hangers - Mirror - Towel dryer rack BATHROOM ON 2ND FLOOR: - Water Heater - Basic Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap, towel) - Mirror - Ion Shower Head IN THE KITCHEN: - 1 Refrigerator - 1 Burner build in stove - Coffee machine - Rice cooker - Kitchenware & Cutlery - Cassette & Radio Player - Dominos, chess, and card games - Food blender - Iron - Hair dryer NOTE: - Free extra mattress if required without addition the number of guest (please notify us in advance). - Free check-in package (snacks, drinks, mineral water gallon, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, toilet paper, tissue, salt, sugar) will be served once during check-in (no refill). No extra consumable will be served, such as laundry detergent, etc. - Free Wifi (my contract is for 75Mbps but we get around 45Mbps). - Free Netflix, Disney+ and another international TV channel (Netflix & Disney+ using sharing account with my household). - Free cars/bike parking space. Guest access The ground floor functions like an event hall and is occasionally used by my family for dancing or modeling classes. Music is kept at a comfortable level. Guests are welcome to watch or join if they wish. Please note that these activities are irregular and do not happen daily. Please inform me in advance if you plan to use the hall for business purposes, storage, events, or any other activities. During your stay I am available anytime as I live next to this property.
