Other things to note If you are a potentially noisy group, then you need to consider that there can be no audible sound after 10pm weeknights or 11pm Fri / Sat. . This needs to be quite strictly policed, and the neighbours don't hesitate to call us or the police at any time of night if there is a problem. This could result in you losing the bond and / or a request to leave early. Sorry if this sounds a bit heavy handed but the neighbours have the ability to have us shut down, so we need to be firm and upfront about this. However, under no circumstances are parties allowed. You will be required to leave immediately if that happens.
