The Studio is a spacious 1 bedroom ground floor apartment with a private outdoor space. It is 50 metres to Narrawallee Inlet and 200 metres to the surf beach and cafe. The inlet with boat ramp is ideal for kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming and fishing. The villages of Mollymook and Milton are only a 5 min drive away and Ulladulla is the main hub being a further 5 min drive. The space The living room consists of a single day bed, 2 seater leather lounge, Smart TV, small dining table & chairs. The bathroom/laundry has shower, washing machine and kitchenette. There is a separate toilet off the laundry. There is a separate bedroom with queen bed and built in wardrobe. All linen is provided, including the bed made with freshly ironed sheets. Outside is a spacious, undercover outdoor kitchen and eating area. Plus a lovely deck off living area. Off street parking is available. Guest access This booking gives you access to all of downstairs in The Studio which has it's own private entry.
