Keep an eye on the water for the local dolphins, which live in the Port river. Adelaide city center is easily accessible by local train(Ethelton station) or by car. Discover the historic Port Adelaide center or sample the laid back vibe of the seaside suburb of Semaphore. The space The ground floor of the property include the dining, living and kitchen spaces. Yhe laundry and a toilet are also on the ground floor. Outside guests will find the 2 car(side by side) secure garage, clothes like and small outdoor area. From the living space guests can access the BBQ and alfresco dining area(with views of the Port River).. The upstairs area consists of 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite with double basins, walk in shower, a spa bath and toilet. Access to the balcony with views of the Port River is also from the main bedroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are service by the 2nd bathroom, which consists of a vanity basin, walk in shower and toilet. Guests will have access to the Health Club during their stay. Features of this shared facility include a lap pool, spa, sauna and small gym. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. Other things to note The Ethelton Train station is a short walk away. 2-3 minute stroll. The trains from this station take approximately 20-25 minute to arrive at the Adelaide train station.
