My place is only 7 houses walk to Bay beach Shops Restaurants Park Sports ground Various golf courses Peninsula Hot Springs Wineries verandahs 6 Bedrooms plus sofa bed (good for 3 or 4 families) 3 bathrooms/toilets/showers BBQ Billiard table, table tennis & darts too Clean Fully catered modern kitchen with utensils/dishwasher Large outdoor grassed area to play in High lockable fence Foxtel TV & Unlimited broadband NBN WIFI Please bring your own beach & bath towels & bed linen or extra $595 cost! The space Strickly NO SCHOOLIES PLEASE AT ALL. "Sandy" is a lovely 6 bedroom family beach house (PLUS 1 double sofa bed located in lounge room downstairs too), is large enough for 3 or more families (up to 16 guests). It is centrally located to all that Rye has to offer. It is within walking distance to bay beach, shops, restaurants, pub, park etc. It comes complete with x2 TV rooms (one upstairs for the kids -complete with DVD & X Box to keep them entertained) and one downstairs for the adults (complete with DVD) & Foxtel TV & UNLIMITED NBN Wifi internet too. Plus we have 2 additional large TV's located in 2 of the bedrooms (one in the kids room & 2nd in main bedroom). **** If you need owner to also supply all bed linen (5 queen fitted/flat sheets & 1 double sofa fitted/flat sheet & 4 single fitted/flat sheets & all pillow cases PLUS all white bath & colour beach towels too) please request up front so I can include for additional $595 cost for linen/towels. Otherwise guests must bring all own linen & towels. We do also have fully equipped laundry facilities available too, should you need it. We prefer if guests can bring their own towels & linen to keep costs down. But if you need it, allow for an extra charge of $595. Can guests please make a note of linen and towels if required up front too. Guest access Guests will receive an email 2 days prior to check-in detailing key safe code & alarm code to allow access to the property. Other things to note If you need owner to also supply all bed linen (5 queen fitted/flat sheets & 1 double sofa fitted/flat sheet & 4 single fitted/flat sheets & all pillow cases PLUS all white bath & colour beach towels too) please request up front so I can include for additional $595. Otherwise guests must bring all own linen & towels. Please make sure not to allow kids to damage billiard table and cues and make sure you put cover back on before you leave too - or you could potentially lose some of your Bond.
