Villa Vessela is a free standing house with private garden located in Tondol, Anda Pangasinan. The villa faces the sandy beach which is less than 100 metres and 1 min walk Balconies have stunning sea views and tropical garden. Relaxing and peaceful- no traffic and pollution. Secure, safe place , high fence and gate. Free parking inside the compound. Free entrance to the beach. The villa is inside the 700 sq m with the 2 kubos behind and can be rented for birthdays, reunions or outings. The space It is not too touristy yet still undiscovered. Pollution free traffic free. Separate dining and lounge and kitchen. . Sleeps 10 . Up to 13 but with extra charge. Mobile data and click hotspot and share. Good signal. Fully air conditioned upstairs and downstairs , TV, Fridge and fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs -separate toilet and shower with hot water. No smoking inside the villa. Villa guests can use the external toilets x 2 and shower x 1 and just few steps from the villa. Re pets ask the owner first. Soiled linens 500 pesos. Lost keys 500 pesos. No smoking inside the villa and balconies. You can also use the kitchen kubo that is fully equipped for frying . Guest access The guests can access the gardens , use the kitchen kubo. The beach cottage can be used with a charge. Free entrance to the beach. The villa has a kitchen - fully equipped. Please do the frying fish in the kitchen kubo. Wifi -use your mobile data and click hotspot to share. Good sigal even for zoom and videochat. Self catering so bring provisions of food, condiments and drinks. Guests are responsible for babysitting cooking shopping . If you need these services it will incur a fee. Other things to note Re babysitting about 200-300 . A cook will charge about 350-500 pesos per meal and includes cooking and washing up pots and pans only. Shopping and serving food is extra. No smoking inside the villa or balconies. No bonfires in the compound or the beach as per Tondol barangay rules. Pets- only the small and trained pets are allowed.-please message me re pets. Wifi - mobile data and click hotspot to share.
