The space The meticulously crafted and beautifully presented Lannan Beach House is open plan and features five bedrooms (three with ensuite bathrooms), wrap around decks with plenty of outdoor seating and spa, a stunning chef's kitchen, wood fire, library and billiards areas with the sea just steps out the door! The fully fenced grounds with flat lawns are perfect for the friendly game of your choice and parking for the boat. Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - superking bed, Bedroom 2 - superking bed, Bedroom 3 - king bed, Bedroom 4 - queen bed, Bedroom 5 - single over single bunk bed. Note: We can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults at Lannan Beach House Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, including the spa, decks, outdoor living spaces, library, billiards area, flat lawns, and onsite parking. Check-in is from 2:00 pm, and check-out is 10:30 am. Early arrivals or late departures may be available for an additional fee depending on bookings. Other things to note The property has a Nespresso Coffee pod machine. There are fans in all bedrooms as well as radiator heating in rooms. The property uses rainwater tanks, so thoughtful water use is appreciated. Minimum stays apply: seven nights mid-December to mid-January, three nights for the remainder of January and all holiday weekends, and two nights at all other times.
