"Stabol" Cottage

"Stabol Cottage is a restored rustico which is located on the plateau of Tremosine sul Garda, in the middle of nature in the natural reserve "Bondo-valley“ within the Alto Garda Park. The house has been family-owned for generations, now the owning family lives at a distance of 2 km and can therefore be reached anytime if necessary. It is located at 1,5 km from the centre of Vesio di Tremosine and 8,5 km from the beaches of Limone sul Garda. The space The house is the ideal destination for families and also for sports and excursion enthusiasts. You can enjoy a holiday in midst of nature. "Stabol" Cottage is part of a two family house. It has a separate entrance and big private parking area with one covered parking space. The house consists of two storeys and is divided into two areas. One area for daytime usage on the ground floor and the other area with the bedrooms on the upper floor. Unlike many other houses in the surrounding area, it is located in a way that it gets sunshine from early in the morning to late in the afternoon, all day long. The rooms are bright and characterized by a true love for detail. On the ground floor apart from an entrance area you will find a huge living room with kitchen, a beautiful fireplace and a bathroom. On the first floor there is one room with a king size double bed and a room with two single beds and finally another bathroom for the whole floor. The big and well-equipped garden invites you to calm down and have a good meal outside, from breakfast to dinner or you can just lay down to enjoy the sun and relax. In the immediate surrounding there are no other houses that would allow a look into the garden so that you can enjoy your free time without being disturbed. The rental fee includes (free): - Gas, water, electricity - The possibility to take fresh salad from the owner’s garden - The possibility to store and clean your bicycle or motorbike - Deckchairs (to lay down and enjoy the sun) - Private covered parking - Melitta coffee machine - LCD TV with satellite reception - NO heat Extra fees that have to be paid: - Final cleaning (50€) - Governmental staying fee (1,50€/per day and person aged 14 and up) Additional services that can be offered at your expense: - Bed linen and towels (10€ per visit each people) - Fresh bread and croissants in the morning - Organized tours and excursions at cheaper prices than normal - Taxi / Transfer services to surrounding cities and airports (low fares) Guest access The key will be given to you by the owner himself when you arrive at the house.
