In the Bel Vital apartment building in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz, all apartments have been completely renovated and newly furnished in recent years. The modern Bel Vital apartment building with exclusive vacation apartments impresses with its ideal location. It is only a few meters to the long and wide sandy beach and the beach promenade, 300 m to the train station of the Baltic Sea resort of Binz, and only about 500 m to the pier, the town center, and the spa house. All apartments have a balcony (except apartments 06, 22, and 38), free wi-fi, and an underground parking space (entrance height 2.10 m). There is an elevator in the building. A large, lockable bicycle room is located behind the underground parking garage. There is a physiotherapy practice on the ground floor of the building. (Appointment required).
