This apartment, located on the ground floor of a 19th-century building renovated in 2014, is situated in the heart of Mouraria, one of the city's most emblematic neighborhoods, known for its rich history and multiculturalism. Measuring 45 m², the apartment is fully furnished and equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. It includes a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, hand blender, iron, and ironing board. It also features a vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, air conditioning, and high-speed WiFi. Access to the apartment is through a cozy courtyard, which you can enjoy during your stay, ideal for dining or sipping a glass of wine. The location is a great advantage in Mouraria, as we are just 15 minutes by taxi from the airport and a few minutes' walk from the bus stop, Martim Moniz metro station, the famous tram 28 stop, the taxi square, and Rossio train station, which will take you to Sintra. In the Mouraria neighborhood, you can enjoy an authentic Lisbon atmosphere. Explore a variety of restaurants, traditional shops, and supermarkets. In the evening, don't miss the sound of Fado in the typical houses or a coffee in one of the charming local spots. The cost typically ranges between 10 to 20 euros for taxis and 5-15 euros for Uber/Bolt, depending on traffic and the exact location. 2. **Public Transport - Metro:** - Take the metro (red line) from Lisbon Airport towards São Sebastião. - Transfer to the blue line at São Sebastião station and head towards Santa Apolónia. - Exit at Martim Moniz station. - From Martim Moniz station, you can walk to our apartment. A single metro ticket costs about 1.50 euros. Consider a rechargeable card like Viva Viagem (cost: 0.50 euros) for multiple metro journeys. This card can also be used on all public transports. 3. **Bus - Aerobus Line 1:** - Utilize Aerobus Line 1, which connects the airport to the city center. The Aerobus ticket, with a stop at Praça do Martim Moniz, costs 3.60 euros for adults (one-way) and 5.40 euros for a round trip. For children (4 to 10 years), a one-way ticket is 2 euros, and a round trip is 3 euros. From Martim Moniz station, you can walk to our apartment.
