This holiday apartment is front beach located in the beautiful town of Marina di Castagneto Carducci. One can enjoy walks along the seaside promenade where interesting cultural events are often organized. For sea lovers this is the ideal spot also for cruises to the Island of Elba. It is also possible to visit the marvelous medieval villages of Bolgheri at 12km (famous for its Sassicaia wine) and Massa Marittima, as well as the ancient Etruscan necropolis Populonia (at 25 km). The space This 50 sqm apartment is on the third and last floor of a building with lift on the beach promenade. It is in a very quiet and exclusive location and has two balconies overlooking the sea, and it is perfect for those that love the sea. Due to its location, facing the sea, one has the feeling one is on a cruise, only with the pleasant effect that one's feet are actually on firm ground. The entrance leads to a small hallway and from here the left door opens on to a large marble bathroom with shower cubicle, washing machine and window overlooking the sea. The door to the front left leads in to a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. From this room there is access to a balcony facing the sea and furnished with marble table and wrought iron chairs with cushions. A door to the front right leads into the dining room where there is a dining table, sideboard and two armchairs which convert into single beds. The kitchen area is very well equipped with gas hob, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machines and a dishwasher. This room leads to a balcony with breathtaking views. From this balcony you can look over 80vkm of uninterrupted beach from the Romito Promontory to Populonia and the Gulf of Baratti and on the horizon see the islands of the Tuscan archipelago and Corsica.
