Located in the countryside on the Wine Route, 15 minutes from the Futuroscope, it is ideally located between the Loire Castles and the beautiful city of Poitiers. The cottage also has a swimming pool where in the summer the water can reach 33 degrees. The space The cottage is very appreciated for its tranquility and calm. This is a house not adjoining ours but located on the same property. It has on the ground floor a living room with open kitchen, a toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms and a shower room with washing machine area. Guest access Guests can park your vehicle within our 3600m² property a few meters from the cottage. There are a lovely walk to do all around our village (on foot or by bike). Other things to note House cleaning with bactericidal and virucidal products between each stay.
