Our holiday apartment is located in an Art Nouveau townhouse at Frau Clara Straße No. 3. This was built in 1905 by the Masonic Lodge Leuchte am Strande. We have lovingly renovated the apartment. We have attached great importance to preserving the Art Nouveau character and yet creating a "hygge" apartment with all the amenities of today. The apartment has a bathroom with a floor-level large shower, a cozy kitchen that invites you to linger, a spacious bedroom and a spacious living room. We have integrated a foldaway bed into the living room. The apartment offers Wi-Fi in all rooms and cable TV in the living room and bedroom. The house at Frau Clara Strasse No. 3 is located in the middle of the old town and is just a stone's throw from the harbor. There you can buy freshly caught fish from the cutter, among other things. The spa beach is also just under two hundred and fifty meters away. Adjacent is the pedestrian zone. Every Wednesday and Saturday the weekly market is held there, where fresh regional products are offered. This city apartment is ideally located for a "car-free" vacation. If you still want to arrive with your vehicle, we provide a parking space at a short distance. Unfortunately, there is hardly any parking space in the city center, so we cannot spare you this little walk. For loading and unloading, you can drive directly to the apartment. Guest access In the basement there is a laundry room, which is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Other things to note Check-in. Upon arrival, we kindly ask that you do not arrive before 3 PM. Upon arrival, we kindly ask that you call us about 30 minutes before your scheduled arrival. My phone number will be activated after a booking has been made. The apartment's own parking space is a short walk from the apartment. Frau Clara Straße is a one-way street where you can stop for loading and unloading. departure We would like to ask you to leave the apartment no later than 10 AM on departure. When you leave, simply put the apartment key in the mailbox after leaving the apartment. Tourist tax: The complete billing is done via Airbnb so you don't really have to worry about it. However, we are required to collect a spa tax for the city of Eckernförde. The city charges an amount of €3.00 per adult per day in the period from April 1 to October 15. In the period from October 16 - March 31, the amount is €2.00. As hosts, we have a binding online reporting obligation. We will therefore contact you in good time before your arrival and ask you to provide us with the contact details of all fellow travelers. Upon your arrival, the pre-filled Baltic Sea cards will be ready. With these cards you will also receive discounts in some areas. For example, inner-city bus traffic is free for you. We ask you to have the amount due in an envelope ready.
