Entire villa with private pool in Conegliano

The villa, ideal for group trips, has a private 15x6 m swimming pool reserved for guests, very pleasant during the day and also in the evening if you want to dine by the illuminated pool. We are strategically located about 800 meters from the center of Conegliano (50 km from Venice) on the road that leads to the Prosecco hills, a UNESCO heritage site, with a bus stop and supermarket in front of the house. Very close to shops, restaurants, pharmacy, riding stable, tennis, gym and indoor pool. The space Guests will have the entire villa consisting of 3 apartments at their disposal: 1 - The Colline dei Dogi apartment (90 sqm) is spread over two floors, a living area with kitchen and living room on the ground floor and a sleeping area on the first floor connected by an internal staircase. In the sleeping area, there is the hallway, bathroom and the two bedrooms that we usually prepare for 5 people: bedroom 1 with a double bed and bedroom 2 with 3 single beds. You can add 1 or 2 single beds in bedroom 1 which is very spacious. Bathroom with window, shower, sink, bidet. 2 - The Venice Hills apartment (90 sqm) is on the second floor and is accessed by a convenient external staircase. Usually the apartment is prepared for 5 people: bedroom 1 with a double bed and bedroom 2 with 3 single beds. You can add 1 single bed in bedroom 1. Bathroom with window, shower, sink, bidet. 3 - The Studio apartment (30 sqm) is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible by disabled people. It is usually set up for 3 people with a double bed and a single bunk bed. 1 single bed can be added next to the double bed. Bathroom with window, shower, sink, bidet. Towels and bed linen will be changed every 7 days. The tourist tax in Conegliano is €1/night and is payable in cash at check-in. Guest access In front of the villa, there is a well-stocked supermarket where our guests usually go freely by simply crossing the street. Without crossing the street, you can take the bus to the city center, but if you want to get some exercise, you can easily walk or use some of the bikes we make available to customers (for a fee). Guest cars will find free space in the parking lot inside the property. We pay close attention to the cleanliness and hygiene of the premises to make sure the guest finds the apartment perfect at check-in and we kindly ask the guest to use it correctly. Daily internal cleaning service is available upon request (for a fee). The washing machine is located in the laundry room and is by appointment (paid service).
