Villa Antica is a beautiful two level historic villa full of elegant eighteenth-century decorations, for six people. From Villa Antica you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, Praiano and the Amalfi Coast. Villa Antica is about 80 square meters, and has a private pool, a nice private terrace with sea view, air conditioning (check the description below to find out which rooms it is available), heating and WI-FI internet access. The space Villa Antica description The villa is 80 square meters large (860 square feet), and it is built on two levels. It is possible to enjoy a magnificent view of the sea from all the external spacesand from the two bedrooms. The owners have restored and reinstated the decorations of the vaulted ceilings, tiled the floors with a carpet of hand-painted majolica tiles that reproduce ancient patterns and brought back the house to its ancient splendour. The kitchen is equipped with four-burner cooker, oven, microwave oven, large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. You will be able to park your car along the road in any available free parking space at approximately 250 meters  from the house. You will find the closest grocery stores, cafes and restaurants at 400 meters from the house. The grocery stores will home-deliver upon request. The access to the is About 15 min. on foot. Other things to note Price includes: electricity; bed linen; bath linen. To be paid on site: final cleaning €100. Tourist Tax: EUR 3.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights. Guests under the age of 10 are exempt. A security deposit of 200 euros is required upon arrival.
