Having lived in this corner of paradise for over 30 years and passionate about hosting and meeting people, I have had the pleasure of welcoming vacationers who have come to enjoy the sweetness of life in the South for a decade now. You will be a stone's throw away: • the historic center, its cobblestone streets, its traditional Saturday morning market, its summer night market, its Camargue races and its local festivals; • convenience stores (bakery, butcher, restaurants, cafés, supermarket...) accessible in less than 10 minutes on foot; • vineyards and fields as far as the eye can see for unforgettable nature walks. Something to delight young and old alike! 🏡 A spacious, comfortable and fully equipped gîte The 105 m² accommodation, completely independent, is located on the 1st floor of my house. It includes: • 🛌 2 large bedrooms (1 double bed of 160 cm + sofa bed of 140 cm/1 double bed of 140 cm), both with balcony and views of the garden and pool • 🛋️ A large bright living/dining room of 37.5 m² with a very comfortable sofa bed (Poltronesofa) • 🍽️ Equipped kitchen: induction hobs, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and complete utensils • 🚿 Bathroom with toilet + separate toilet • 🧺 Washing machine and dryer (shared), vacuum cleaner, iron/ironing board • 📶 Fiber optics, WiFi, 3 TVs (living room, kitchen, bedroom) • ❄️ Reversible air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms • 🛏️ Quality bedding with mattress topper, linens and towels provided • 👶 Free baby equipment upon request (baby bed, highchair, changing table, bathtub, baby monitor – subject to availability) Capacity: up to 8 people (6 adults + 2 children) Guest access 🌴 Outdoor areas to enjoy the summer to the fullest You will have access to: • 🏊 Large shared pool (9 x 5.5 m – max depth: 1.70 m) with deckchairs • 🍽️ Private terrace with large table, plancha • 🌳 Garden with fountain and fish, children's area (slide, swing, hut) • 🎯 Petanque court + balls, ping pong table + rackets • 🔥 Gas barbecue (gas provided) These outdoor facilities as well as the outdoor entrance to the house are common.
