The space While you may spend most of your time during sunny days on the lovely outdoor terraces, the 75m² interior has been designed to create stylish blend of modern and traditional, which charm unites comfort and pleasure for couples and families. OUTSIDE The delightful outdoor of Lucija Novum features a spacious (34m²) open air terrace equipped with comfy lounger and parasols perfect for reclining, snoozing or reading, whilst the BBQ and dining table offer the enjoyment of al fresco breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The balcony (10m²) on the other side of the apartment, which can be accessed from the living room and both bedrooms, offers a beautiful view of the sea bay and the mountain Velebit. Equipped with lounge furniture it is perfect for outdoor relaxation with a scenic view. INSIDE The main entrance takes you into an airy and welcoming living area with open plan kitchen, dining and living room. The fully equipped kitchen features oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and espresso machine. The living room, with android TV (international channels, Netflix & Amazon Prime) and pull out sofa, offers a view of the sea bay, the mountain and the picturesque town. Two bedrooms both with queen beds (in one bedroom the queen bed can be set apart as two single beds) are designed with high glass walls overlooking the sea to present you with the beautiful view when you open your eyes in the morning. The bathroom is spacious with a walk-in-shower, washer-dryer and a hairdryer and there is also an additional powder room. The apartment features free WI-FI and AC with cooling-heating option. Throughout the apartment you will find art work all handmade by our talented Croatian artists. Grocery shop, the local marketplace, coffee shops and restaurants are all in close proximity (30-150 m), while the beach is a nice 650 m stroll by the sea.
