We leave it exactly as it is, you will feel at home. The decoration is a mix of comfort (good bedding, recent renovation, new electricity) and antique furniture. The sandy beach is 250 m away on foot, the water is transparent, there are not many people in summer, it's a dream. There is no noise pollution. Guest access The entire house is available for your use, as it is for us. I don't put anything aside for tenants. We leave a "house fund" for your arrival (dry food, oil, vinegar, toilet paper, soap...) all books, toys for children... Please replace it as you go for the next guests. Other things to note Rental agreement to be signed between Owner & Tenants On the beach there is a sailing club with the possibility of courses for children and boat/board/paddle rentals for others. Motorboats can also be rented with a license. A small grocery store/bar/pétanque nearby for repairs and aperitifs :-) Cleaning included in the rate.
