Situated less than one mile from (or a pleasant 10 minute walk) to Chipping Norton. Excellent rural location. The WiFi signal is fantastic. Check in is from 3pm and closes at 9 pm l am unable to leave a key out. Heating is off in Summer from 4th May every year. It comes on again 1 st October. The space The flat is fully equipped with everything you can need. The owner lives next door. There is one really comfortable double bed Own kitchenette which has an induction hob toaster, kettle, microwave etc. Fully equipped with cutlery and crockery. Fire extinguisher and fire blanket for your safety. . Heating is off in the summer months. There is a folding table for use. Please leave it folded when not in use and on departure. I provide towels. Central Heating radiators are on 1st November until 1 st April each year. 7am - 1030am + 4 - 10pm at a comfortable 20 C. Guest access You have your own private locked entry door. It is keypad entry Other things to note Near to Adam Henshaw’s Cotswold Farm, Daylesford organics, Soho FarmHouse.and Diddly Squat and Farmers Dog pub. 15 mins to Bourton on the Water in one direction and Blenheim Palace in the other. Located in a good area to have as a base to explore the Cotswolds.
