The space This beautiful three-storey brick block of flats, built in 1892 has undergone significant reconstruction in 2017 with a complete new floor being added, where our spacious Duplex Loft was built. The building is located on the edge of Žižkov and Vinohrady and is situated in a traditional and very popular residential district with everything that makes the city centre attractive. It is just 20 mins on foot to Old Town or minutes away by tram or metro to all touristic sights. Our neighbourhood is renowned for its many restaurants, cafes and shops. This Duplex Loft Apartment is modern, carefully and tastefully decorated with love and equipped with everything you need including dishwasher, washer/dryer, 50' smart TV with internet access and NETFLIX, hifi system with any mp3 player connection, espresso coffee maker, hairdryer and much more for either short or long stay for pleasure or business.. The bedroom is accessible by stairs. It has comfortable King size bed for two with quality mattress, chair and wardrobe. Big living room/lounge area is combined with kitchen and has dining table for up to 4 people. It can be converted into second bedroom with its comfortable sofa pullout bed (with regular mattress) where two more can sleep. Kitchen is FULLY equipped with all appliances - refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven as well as microwave, toaster, kettle and espresso maker for coffee lovers like us. There is also full set of utensils, glasses, knifes, pots, pans and rags. Fresh coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oils, sugar, dishwasher tablets, detergents and more are provided. The bathroom is combined with toilet. There is large tub with hand shower and will fit 2 medium adults for romantic bath. Hair dryer, soap, shower gel, shampoo, towels, toilet paper - will all be ready for you. We also have combination of washer/dryer that you can use to do your laundry. We also provide detergent so you can do it right away. The apartment is ideal for group of friends or family and can easily accommodate 4 people. Guest access WIFI internet is fast, unlimited and for your use only. There is also iron and ironing board if needed. There is central heating system in the building but each apartment controls its own temperature. Other things to note Free street parking Friday 5 pm to Sunday 5 pm Otherwise parking garage is 500 meters from the apartment. Cost around 20 EUR/day, reservation required.
