The dining area in the living room offers space for big breakfasts to start the new day in a good mood or even for an atmospheric dinner together at evening. The elegant bedroom are equipped with king size bed for your relaxation. This en-suite room provides also an exclusive open bath section with classical sink and and XXL size walk-in shower. 1 separated toilet (WC) next to the room outside from the hallway. Another complete bathrooms with shower, toilet, sink offers comfort also for 3rd, 4th guests sleep on the sofa bed in living room. The bed for the 3rd and 4th guest is an extending designer sofa bed in the living room (queen bed size: 155x210 cm). Washing/dryer combo machine is located inside in the apartment next to entrance in a built-in storage place. Bedroom and living area has indipendent AC units. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, the building has elevator. The house built in the Monarchy (Hungarian-Austrian Empire) in 1900 as Royal Residential Palace for officers of the Kingdom and opened from Franz Josef the Austro-Hungarian Kaiser/emperor in 1901.
