70m² cottage on almost one level located in the commune of Bourbourg between Calais, Dunkirk and Saint Omer. And close to Gravelines. The accommodation is designed for 5 people, it has 2 bedrooms, a large living room/kitchen area, a bathroom, separate toilet, an enclosed garden with terrace and private parking. It is well equipped with household appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, LED TV ... Bed linen, house and bath included. WIFI. Baby equipment. Guest access The cottage is adjoining our house but has a private entrance. We are not overlooked by the cottage. Access to the parking lot is from a shared entrance. Guests have access to the private parking lot which is located just in front of the cottage garden. Other things to note Single storey accommodation (except two steps to access the room containing the 2 single beds) We have municipal approval for 6 people, so there are 5 adult beds and you can add 1 baby in a travel cot (which we provide) Our cancellation policy with Airbnb is as follows: - 100% refund within 48 hours of booking (if >14 days) - 50% refund up to 7 days before arrival (and no refund of Airbnb fees) - No refund 7 days before arrival This is non-negotiable for any reason (health, illness, death, vehicle failure, etc.). You can add Airbnb insurance at checkout if you wish.
