This small house is composed of a main room with an equipped kitchen and a south-facing living room, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and an independent mezzanine with two 90 cm beds. You will have a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Amenities: - Kitchen equipment: traditional electric oven, four-burner gas stove, fridge, freezer compartment, range hood, electric coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, full service for six people. - Living room: sofa, table, chairs, wardrobe, closet and color TV. - Ground floor bedroom: double bed 160 cm. - Upstairs bedroom: two 90 cm beds, dresser. - Bathroom: shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer. - Private patio not overlooked: table, 4 chairs, two sun loungers and shade sail. - A laundry is available to tenants. Parking: available for free We accept dogs upon request. Other things to note Linen rental option (sheets, towels, tea towels): €15 per person for the stay. Bike rental option: €40 per week. End-of-stay cleaning option (excluding kitchen): €55. Deposits requested upon arrival: - €400 in case of damage, - €55 in case of cleaning not done on departure.
