For you we have a 101 m² apartment, beautifully decorated, clean, cozy with wooden parquet. Relax on the balcony or large terrace overlooking the garden and fields in a good location. Free parking is easily available in the traffic-calmed zone. For motorcycles and bicycles, a parking option is available. Wi-Fi 400 Mbps (fiber optic connection) is at your disposal free of charge via guest access. The space "Slept well," we often receive this confirmation from our guests. We provide you with a complete apartment with two bedrooms, a large living and dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom in the basement. In 2018/2019 we lovingly renovated it and mostly equipped it with new furniture. The floors of the living rooms are made of parquet and laminate. Guest access For loading and unloading, you can drive up to the front door. From the street to the front door it is flat and to the front door of the apartment there are six steps. You enter the balcony and terrace from the living and dining room. There you have opportunities to sunbathe and linger and a beautiful view over fields and the cities of Vellmar and Kassel, whose lights have impressed many of our visitors at night. To reach the separate toilet, you have to go down steps to the basement. There you will also find drying rooms if available. Since these are also used by us, an agreement is required. Other things to note The distance from the apartment to the nearest bus stop and a Chinese restaurant is only 0.3 miles. The Espenau-Mönchehof train station is 1.1 km (0.7 miles) away, and the Hotel and Restaurant Schäferberg is 1.6 km (1 mile) away. The nearest larger supermarkets, a pharmacy, two restaurants, and an ice cream parlor are about 2 km (1.2 miles) away. You can also eat well at the V8 bar, and sometimes there is live music there as well. It is 4 km away and also easily accessible by bus. Moderate travel times by public transport to Kassel main train station in 16 minutes; to the center of Kassel in 24 minutes and to the KS Wilhelmhöhe IC train station in 19 to 33 minutes depending on the type of connection.
