The apartment, overlooking the Iseo lake, has been realized following a renovation of the main "casa", with the goal of providing modern accommodation standards whilst preserving the original style and furniture of the house. The apartment is an elegant and functional mix of modern and antique forniture, and it consists of: - Two full-sized modern bathrooms, inclusive of a shower, a toilet, a bidet, a sink, and a hair-dryer; - Two large bedrooms with king-size beds; - One living room overlooking the lake inclusive of a kitchen corner (with one sink, two electric stoves, one fridge, a small freezer, one micro-wave oven, pots, pans, cutlery, etc.), a sofa-bed, and a table with chairs. The washing and the drying machines are in a separate laundry room and are at full disposal of the guests. TV and Wi-Fi are included. Common spaces include a vaste lawn and a terrace-solarium with a splendid view over the lake, ideal for outdoor meals and relaxation. In the same Residence you can also find "Residenza PALAZZO". The two apartments can be combined to accomodate up to 9 people. Cars, motorcycles, and bikes are safely stored inside the residence, and parking is covered.
