The lounge has lots of comfortable seating and a TV and the dining area seats up to 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, (fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, 4-burner gas hob & electric oven) as well as a dishwasher and even a combined washing machine & dryer for all your holiday laundry needs. There are three bedrooms, sleeping up to five in total: Bedroom 1 - King sized bed, TV, en-suite bathroom with both bath and separate shower, lots of wardrobe space and access to a second sunny balcony. Bedroom 2 - King sized bed, lots of storage space and en-suite shower room. Bedroom 3 - A cosy room with a small double bed, its own shower room (not en-suite) and access to the second sunny balcony. All bedlinen and towels are provided and free WiFi is also available. The apartment is very centrally located on the edge of Edinburgh's New Town, a short walk from most of the attractions of the city centre. The bustle of Leith Walk is at the top of the street and the Playhouse Theatre and the east end of Princes Street (Edinburgh's main shopping street) are less than 15 minutes walk. Leith Walk provides bus links to most parts of Edinburgh. Waverley Railway Station and St Andrews Bus Station are both less than 20 minutes walk away. There are two small supermarkets within a 5 minute walk of the flat and Broughton Street, with its eclectic mix of independent shops, restaurants and bars is an easy 10 minute walk.
