Our comfy studio with its own terrace and garden offers you a temporary home in Vienna. Many shops, restaurants and public transport around the corner create the ideal base for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. The studio has a living-/bedroom with a kitchen unit, a small ante room and a separate bathroom with WC. A washing machine is also available for free use. Internet (WLAN), bedlinen, towels are included in the price. Guest access You can park directly in our garage in the neighboring house. Please reserve your place in advance. Our neighborhood is a cozy residential area with a colorful mix of shops and restaurants. Other things to note Check in can be quite flexible. Just let us know and we are onsite on time to welcome you and tell you the most important things about the apartment and the surrounding area. You will love our mapof the surrounding. We also have many brochures about Vienna (city maps, event program folder, ...) for you. If you need a transfer from the airport or train station just let us know and we can organize it for you.
