A beautiful old seaside cottage totally refurbished in a light and bright modern finish. This delightful Devon retreat is situated in the heart of the quaint seaside village of Instow, which has a beautiful beach and amenities all within easy reach, making this the perfect getaway. The cottage is situated within walking distance of Instow’s sandy beach. In the village you will find a wealth of pubs, cafes, restaurants and a deli. The space On entering this delightful cottage, the entrance hall offers ample space for coats and shoes. To your left you enter the warm and inviting open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This area has a beautiful exposed beam, ornamental wood burner (not for use) and Smart TV, the perfect setting for an evening in with family or friends. Take a step into the well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and breakfast table and chairs for four. The dining area has a table with dining for six and is just perfect to gather around for a simple supper. Head on up the staircase where you will find the three bedrooms, one double with en-suite WC, one double and one bunk room. You will also find the bathroom on this floor with shower over bath and WC. Guest access The cottage is all yours. The front door accesses onto Bridge Lane. Venture outside to the beautiful rear garden area, which can be accessed via the kitchen, to a lawned area with garden furniture (please note neighbouring properties have right of way to access their own gardens if required, via a footpath at the back of the garden).
