Luxury home overlooking lake and mountains

Set at the foot of the Mount Mirnock mountain range and overlooking the beautiful Lake Millstatt, Haus Claxton is a modern luxury chalet-style property with three double bedrooms. The house has been designed to make the most of the breathtaking lake and mountain scenery - the large patio area is perfect for alfresco eating or relaxing and soaking up the sunshine and incredible views. The close proximity to the lake enables easy access to a variety of watersports, walking and hiking options. The space The open-plan living area overlooks the picturesque lake and mountain views, and provides a comfortable and sociable space for guests, with a superbly appointed kitchen. The three double bedrooms downstairs (one with an en-suite) amply accommodate six guests, each with direct access to an outdoor patio area overlooking the lake. Two of the bedrooms have king-sized beds, and one has two single beds. There is also a family bathroom on this level. The house also offers covered parking for one car, and has a utility room that contains a washing machine and tumble dryer, which can also be used for ski gear storage in the winter. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house during their stay. Other things to note The property is built on a hillside, hence the wonderful views. The village of Dobriach is easily visible from the house and just a short walk down the hill. Do remember that it's quite steep on the return journey though! We would recommend a hire car to make the most of the region, particularly for those who are less able to get around.
