We rent a separate, approx. 60 m² loft apartment / house with private entrance in the annex of our over 100-year-old house to guests who want to stay "differently"! The apartment is self-sufficient + separate from the main house. A private terrace or a private garden area belong to the apartment. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site. The space Our apartment is renovated, high quality and fully equipped. A kitchen (ceramic stovetop with extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge), dishes, bed linens, towels, shampoo, hair dryer, etc. is/are available, as well as a private washing machine. The bed and mattresses are comfortable. There is a desk and of course Wi-Fi is available. Bicycles can be stored in the carport. The open apartment is designed for 2 people, but a third person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. We are happy to help plan walks along the Lower Rhine. Guest access The complete apartment with a separate entrance and the large terrace are available to our guests only. Right next to the apartment is a paved parking space on our approx. 5000 m² property.
