Our comfy studio with its own balcony offers you a temporary home in Vienna. Many shops, restaurants and public transport around the corner create the ideal base for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. This apartment with balcony viewing into the green inner courtyard offers you perfect comfort for up to 2 persons. The studio has a living-/bedroom with a small kitchen unit, an anterrom and a separate bathroom with WC. A washing machine is also available for free use. Internet (WLAN), bedlinen, towels are included in the price You can park directly in our garage in the neighboring house. Please reserve your place in advance. Our neighborhood is a cozy residential area with a colorful mix of shops and restaurants. nt. We are on site every day in our office, available for all your questions about Vienna and also have some "insider tips" about Vienna for you. And in case we are not "at home" then you can reach us any time via telephone or email. Around our site you will find numerous shops and restaurants. So you do not have to cook by yourself, but can explore Viennese and international delights. Also just a few meters away from our house are the next stops of bus, tram and metro. Thus, you quickly come in a short time anywhere, a car in Vienna is really not necessary. No matter how you plan to arrive, we will help you to find the quickest way to find us. Just let us know. If you travel by car, then we can offer you a garage for EUR 15 per day. Check in can be quite flexible. Just let us know and we are onsite on time to welcome you and tell you the most important things about the apartment and the surrounding area. You will love our mapof the surrounding. We also have many brochures about Vienna (city maps, event program folder, ...) for you. If you need a transfer from the airport or train station just let us know and we can organize it for you.
