Monticelli Mansion is an ancient Neapolitan farmhouse that is over 200 years old. It came to us as a gift from our grandfather, with joy and commitment we restored it in a conservative way, with a respectful recovery of materials and furnishings. Antique terracotta floors and Vietri majolica in the bathrooms and kitchen, old steps and thresholds of volcanic stone, tuff stones from nearby Vesuvius. Some rooms have ceiling beams. It retains the charm of the old house but has acquired modern comforts The space Monticelli Mansion can accommodate 8 people in the main house, which is composed as follows. In the penthouse you will have a double bedroom, a full bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a large panoramic terrace. Downstairs you will have 3 double bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. With the annex in the garden, the accommodation can accommodate up to 10 people. The annex has a double bed, a full bathroom, and a small kitchenette. We have a very large, panoramic garden that you can enjoy for walks and relaxation. Ample parking. The property is equipped with A/C. Guest access The house is in the center of a large panoramic garden cultivated with olive trees,citrus fruits,nuts and much more. You can walk and rest throughout the garden. I am pleased to inform you that in the garden there are our dogs Luca and Oliver, they are very affectionate, I prefer that you do not give them food.
