Ideal for couples, friends or families The space Villa Axarquia – Luxury villa in a secluded location with panoramic views Villa Axarquia is a modernised luxury villa in a private, secluded location near Moclinejo, nestled in a Mediterranean garden landscape. You can enjoy exceptional panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea to Málaga – and on a clear day, even as far as Africa – as well as the mountains of the Axarquía. The sunset and the sea of lights of Málaga at night are particularly impressive. The villa is ideal for guests who appreciate absolute peace and quiet, privacy and closeness to nature, without having to sacrifice convenience. Location – quick access to everything, but without the hustle and bustle (depending on route/traffic) • approx. 30 minutes to Málaga Airport and the old town • approx. 15 minutes to the beach at Rincón de la Victoria • approx. 700 m to the village centre Outdoor area – holidays take place outside The property covers approx. 8,500 m², the upper area (approx. 1,000 m²) is secluded and fenced in. Between the house and the pool is a spacious terrace of approx. 200 m² – your box seat for panoramic views, sunsets and the sea of lights of Málaga. Facilities include a large lounge, a dining table for up to 8 people, deck chairs, a pergola (shading the lounge) and a sun sail in the dining area. Several barbecues are available for barbecue evenings: gas, electric and charcoal barbecues. Pool – comfort, technology and views The pool (approx. 10 × 5 m) is at ground level with the house and has an integrated bench in the curve – ideal for relaxing and enjoying the view. The water is treated using salt electrolysis (low chlorine), making it particularly pleasant for the skin and eyes. The pool technology has been renewed; central functions and lighting can be conveniently controlled. A pool heater is available as an option: please indicate your preference in good time before arrival, as a lead time is required depending on the outside temperature (at an additional cost). Interior – cosy, clearly structured In the open-plan living and dining area, you will find a large corner sofa by the fireplace and entertainment options such as a TV (German channels) and Apple TV/soundbar. The dining area is furnished with a solid wooden table; in summer, meals are usually eaten on the terrace. Large panoramic windows bring light and views into the house and characterise the living experience. Bedrooms & bathrooms The villa has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (en-suite) – ideal for two couples. One bedroom also has a fold-out double sofa bed that can sleep two additional people (e.g. children) if required. Both bedrooms offer impressive views of the countryside, the sea and Málaga.
